  3. Understand and practice the Coaching Model©.  This incorporates the leadership behaviors of Expectations, Accountability, Feedback and Engagement and influences the performance of the people and teams that you lead
  4. Understand and apply the qualities of character that influence your behaviors as a leader
  5. Understand how your character and behavior influences the character, behavior and results of those you lead

 

 

Pathways to Principled Leadership: Coaching Workshop

The dynamic, highly interactive 2 day workshop designed to give Leaders specific training and coaching in:

  • Understanding and applying Coaching skills
  • “RealPlay” coaching exercises while utilizing their own Scorecards (Metrics)
  • Learn how to apply coaching skills to help their direct reports in how they manage their  business and how they lead their people.

 

 

Outcomes

  1. Participants learn the skills of a coaching, including asking powerful questions to unlock employees potential
  2. Participants will have a better understanding of how to use coach-like behaviors to deepen the learning and forward the action of their employees relating to Results, Behaviors and Character.
  3. The workshop, coupled with coaching and follow-up will develop a learning culture and create long-term sustainability of Principled Leadership within the company.

Principled Leadership Company Assessment® (PLCA):

  • The PLCA is a confidential online assessment tool that provides invaluable feedback on 28 specific leadership behaviors revealing the company’s culture.
  • These behaviors are placed inside the categories of Results, Behaviors and Character.
  • Under each grouping, Plusses and Deltas will also provide feedback that moves beyond the numbers.
  • A report detailing the feedback will be provided by the Andrew Coaching coach’s team.

 

Principled Leadership Personal Assessment®  (PLA):

  • The PLA is a confidential online assessment tool that provides invaluable feedback on 28 specific leadership behaviors revealing an individual’s leadership.
  • These behaviors are placed inside the categories of Results, Behaviors and Character.
